At Pavers Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized Post Office or courier drop-off point and ensure you keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
